Breathe Tincture
This combination of herbs will increase the bodies resistance to infection. It has the ability to break down thick sticky mucous in the respiratory tract and expectorate it out. Indicated in acute and chronic chest complaints
Thyme is an excellent antiseptic herb. It also encourages expectoration of phlegm by stimulating the hairs that line the bronchial passages.
Elecampane is a long-term treatment for respiratory conditions such as asthma and bronchitis. It contains Inulin, which is mucilaginous and has the ability to coat the lining of the bronchial tubes. This herb also gently stimulates a productive cough to expel the mucous from the lungs.
Mullein is used to assist in bringing about a soothing action to the throat and clear congestion.
Directions: 1-5ml three times daily in water or juice.
Cautions: Persons with high blood pressure should not use Liquorice. Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding.
