Energy Tonic

This tonic has been developed to increase overall body energy levels, suitable for athletes and any situations where endurance and stamina are required.

Liqourice root is an adrenal restorative. It is well known for its effects on combating stress. Astragalus has been used for its adaptogenic action. It will assist in rebalancing the body and providing support during times of stress and change. Siberian Ginseng is also an adaptogen. It functions by inhibiting the stress response in the body by reducing the activity of the adrenal cortex.

Directions:
30ml daily or 10ml three times daily in four parts water.

Cautions:
Licorice may increase blood pressure, but at this low dose it probably will not make a difference. Do not take if pregnant or breast-feeding. Not recommended for children.
