Directions:
For the perfect cup of Fushi tea, add 1 heaped tablespoon of tea per person into a tea infuser, then add to freshly boiled water and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. For best results use filtered water.

To be honest I buy Fushi teas as I love them for their taste and never have really bought them for their nutritional value..they are a great alternative to regular tea and the passion one makes me feel comforted and relaxed, so maybe it works!!
