Morning Sickness
Morning sickness is characterised by excessive salivation and vomitting, brought on by the sight, smell and taste of food. It usually starts at four to eight weeks into the pregnancy and continues for up to sixteen weeks.

Constipation in Pregnancy
Hormonal changes affect bowel movements. During pregnancy, the body produces more progesterone, which relaxes the muscles to allow the baby to grow. However, the wall of the intestine is made of muscle, too. As the progesterone makes it relax, it can become less efficient at moving along food and waste.
Flax seed oil can support the lubrication of stools.
Prevention of Stretch Marks
75-90% of women develop stretch marks during pregnancy. This is due to the developing foetus and the increase in size of the abdomen.
The Mother & baby pregnancy oil may be used to massage into abdomen. Rosehip seed oil is also great for preventing and reducing stretch mark formation.
Labour - assist
Mother & baby birthing oil may be used to assist in labour. The blend of essential oils is for sedating and uplifting the woman during this period.
