Fushi’s Total Children: Brain Complex contains a blend of essential fats (omega 3 and 6 fats), crucial for good brain health. These fats also have many other roles in different systems of the body, including the digestive and cardiovascular system.

A deficiency or imbalance can cause many symptoms including poor concentration, lowered IQ, dry skin, hair and nails, frequent infections and skin rashes (including eczema). Many recent trials have shown that supplementing children’s diets with EFA’s can have a profound effect on behaviour and concentration. Good health requires the right ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fatty acids in the diet. The ideal ratio is around 1:2. However the average UK diet is nearer 25:1 in favour of the omega 6 fats found in foods including vegetable oils and nuts.

Directions

Children 4 to 5 years of age – 1 capsule daily with food

Children over 5 years of age -2 capsules daily with food

Caution

Do not exceed stated recommended dose. Store in a cool dark place away from children. Not to be given to children under the age of 4 as capsules are difficult for very young children to swallow. The contents of the capsule may be removed and mixed with food.
