We have been awarded the ethical organisation award reflecting our commitment to protecting the environment, animals and people.

We constantly strive to be as kind to the environment as possible by practising the 3 ‘R’ policy: recycle, re use and reduce. This is a basic principle of eco-friendly living and is one that you can also incorporate into your health and beauty regime by thinking carefully about the products you buy and how you use them.

Simple measures like recycling our paper, creating a paperless office and switching off all our equipment when not in use make a difference. At Fushi we use low energy bulbs throughout, recycle all our waste including our paper, glass and card boxes, as well plastic.

For our products we use recycled and recyclable materials like glass and PET wherever possible, so you can rest assured that once you've used our products; your waste won't be going to landfill. By refilling our own printer toners and recycling cartridges we aim to reduce unnecessary waste and help look after our planet in any small way we can.

We use environmentally sound bio-degradable polystyrene sponge and bubble wrap to package our deliveries. This is manufactured from starch and is compostable. We avoid using unnecessary packaging when possible which is why we prefer not to use cartons and boxes even for our glass bottles.

We are also pleased to pledge our support to Tree Aid, a UK charity that uses trees to alleviate poverty and promote self reliance in some of the poorest regions of rural Africa.
