(Monday through Friday) on your e-mail requests. Our specially-trained staff are

page. Returns if for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have
purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and
handling). Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All
others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You
are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 14 days from

and handling). All items must be returned in the original containers. Any
damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of
receipt of the goods.
SHIPPING POLICY
Goods will be despatched within 72 hours and often on the day of placing the
order. The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in the Buyer’s
order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.
For an additional charge and upon request Fushi is also able to offer an
international courier service for urgent orders.
