Youth Totale Antiaging Summer Smoothie
Here is our great summer nutritional superfood smoothie recipe for anti aging
and good youthful health.
You will need per person
- One half of a large, ripe Avocado, peeled & seeded (if
not a fan of Avocado you can use bananas instead)
- 1-2 cups of milk (semi skimmed)
- 1 table spoon Manuka honey or plain honey (incredibly
nutritious and anti bacterial)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (reduces insulin resistance)
- A a few ripe of strawberries
- 1 sachet of YOUTH TOTALE
SUPERFOOD
Blend together until nice and frothy. but remember that over blending can
destroy the enzymes.
This is a great recipe to share with all your family and to start the day
with.
