Sitopladi Churna is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation for treatment of cough and colds. It is made from herbs like Pippali, which is used extensively as a spice and for medicinal purposes. Taken at spring as part of a seasonal regime, Sitopaladi helps detoxify by clearing any excess kapha that has accumulated through the winter months.

Directions: 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practioner
