Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic formulation that is translated as “three fruits”, and consists of the fruits of the amalaki, bibhataki, and haritaki trees. Grown in India it is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine and is most generally used as an overall body tonic, thought to be effective in cleansing and detoxifying the system Iit is used to cleanse the whole system by regulating the bowels. Amla helps to regulate the liver and bowel. Haritaki helps to promote bowel movements. Triphala is the best natural herbal remedy for sluggishness and regulating the whole digestive system. It also has detoxifying benefits and is a great overall tonic for the body.

Directions: 2 capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practioner
