Directions

Place this magnetic-cum-acupressure pyramid mat on a plain surface and stand on it for 4-10 minutes twice a day. While you stand on the pyramid mat, you can do some upper body exercises like arm rotation, waist rotation or neck exercises.

When starting out if you feel discomfort you can always wear a pair of light socks to soften the sensation. Or you can place a thin cloth on the mat and stand on it. Gradually you will get more comfortable and be able to go barefoot.

Or you can gently rotate from one foot the next allowing some time for the foot to rest on the mat, in order to feel the pressure points.

I bought this and what a great choice I made! Every day I just stand on it for like 15 minutes it can be a bit painful sometimes but is not too bad...just make sure you're wearing socks. When you step off you feel your feet relaxed and pain free. A super
