Fushi Returns Policy


NO QUIBBLE RETURNS

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your products purchased from Fushi. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (less postage charges), please see below our returns policy.

RETURNS POLICY:

Health and Beauty Products:

Items must be in their original saleable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (less postage charges). All items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a refund. If opened and contents have been suspected faulty please contact us within three (3) days after receipt of order.

Fitness & Clothes:

Items can only be returned to us if they are unused, unwashed and in a saleable condition with all the original tags in place, no exceptions. For clothing items we are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

FREE RETURNS

We also provide a pre-paid self-adhesive returns label with every order so you are able to return your goods to us FREE of charge (for UK customers only). For overseas customers, postage will need to be paid. We also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through to Friday) on your e-mail requests. NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on sponges, body/skin brushes, Neti Pot nasal sinus cleaner and Ayurvedic tongue cleaner. Sale items or samples are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

ASSESSMENT & REFUND:

All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. The refund amount will take approximately 48 hours to reflect in your account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that postage charges are not refunded. If you used a promotion voucher and your order no longer qualifies after the return, the voucher value will be deducted from your refund.

If reward points were used in your order and you choose to return the product, the refund will deduct the discount received on using the reward points. If multiple items were ordered, the reward points will be propotionately divided between the products and the applicable percentage of discount received will be deducted from the refund of the product being returned.

Fushi Wellbeing reserves the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns and each return is evaluated on an individual basis taking the customer history into consideration. If a customer is frequently found to be buying and returning goods, we reserve the right to refuse returns or charge administration fees.

NON FUSHI FITNESS ACCESSORIES & YOGA MATS

For faulty and quality issues for all fitness equipment and non Fushi yoga mats, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product. If more than 30 days have elapsed we cannot guarantee exchange or refunds. Please note after 30 days we will have to contact the relevant brand and will adhere to their return policies and compensation regulations. Please note we cannot then guarantee replacements or recompenses.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive any broken or damaged products in your order, we must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase. We do recommend you examine your order thoroughly upon delivery. If any item is damaged or faulty contact our customer service team ASAP via our contact us page on our website
We will organise for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible or we may request photographic evidence.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the payment stage at checkout. After this point, your order may be dispatched at any time, sometimes even before you are sent shipping notification. If the order has already been processed and dispatched you will need to return the order to Fushi Wellbeing, in which case shipping costs will not be refunded. Please see above our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How To Return An Item:

If you wish to return your order, then please complete the returns sections on your invoice and return your items to the address provided below. If you no longer have your invoice, then please click on the PDF below to download a new returns form.

Step by step instructions for returning your items

  1. Please complete the returns section on the front of your invoice using the returns codes listed.
  2. Enclose the form with the unwanted items back in your original Fushi packaging.
  3. Use the pre-paid self-adhesive returns label, found on the front of your invoice, to address your parcel. This label covers the cost of your return if you are within the UK. If you are outside the UK please add postage as required. The parcel can take up to 5 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery or registered post.
    Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. It is always best retain proof of postage for your own records should you decide to register your parcel and pay for the returns postage.
  4. Take your parcel at the nearest Royal Mail post office. If you are using the pre-paid returns label to return your order then please make sure you register the parcel with the post office staff and get a tracking number for your package. This will enable you to track the parcel to ensure that it has successfully been returned to Fushi.
