ORDERS
- Where is my order?
- Can I cancel an order online?
Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel it online. You can send us a message via Help Desk or call us on 0208 742 2000. We might be able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
- My UPS order did not arrive the next day.
Orders must be made before 1 pm to qualify for a next (working) day delivery. Orders received on a non-working day will be despatched the next working day. Should you place your order after 1 pm you may contact us and we will do our best to get this despatched the same day.
- Can I amend my order?
Once your order has been placed you cannot amend it. You can ask us to cancel it (either by sending us a message on Helpdesk or calling us on 0208 742 2000) and place a new order.
LOGIN/PASSWORD
- I cannot log into my account.
First of all, try clearing your browsing history and the cache.
How to do this: on your internet browser, locate the ‘History’ section. Click ‘Clear browsing data’. In the table that pops up, make sure these options are ticked: ‘Browsing history’, ‘Download history’, ‘Cookies and other site and plug-in data’ and ‘Cached images and files’. Click ‘Clear browsing data’.
After you have completed this, try restarting your computer. Hopefully it should all be working fine now.
If you are using an apple product (mac, ipad or iphone) to place the order, try doing this on a PC.
If you are still experiencing issues, you can give our friendly team a call on 02087422000 and place the order over the phone.
- I forgot my password
Go to the Fushi homepage and then click on the grey tab "My Account" (top right hand corner).
On the right hand side underneath Registered Customers click on "Forgot Your Password".
You can then enter your email address you will be sent a new password. If you continue to have further issues with your password then please do not hesitate to call us on +44 208 742 2000.
RETURNS / DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- What is the returns and refunds policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your products purchased from Fushi. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order (less postage charges).
- My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, you have to contact us immediately. We will need photographic evidence to be able to process a replacement.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
- How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
- What countries do you deliver to?
- Shipping to USA/CA over $100 is supposed to be free, but I am being charged.
We do offer free shipping to USA over $100, as long as the order is under 2 kg.
For orders exceeding 2 kg, we cannot use our regular Royal Mail postal service, but have to use a courier instead, which incurs extra charges.
Please revise your order and see if you could reduce it to under 2 kg in order to get free shipping.
PRODUCT QUERIES
- Can I use the Really Good Cellulite Oil in Pregnancy?
We would not advise the use of The Really Good Cellulite oil during pregnancy as the formulation contains essential oils.
We do have the Really Good Stretch Mark oil which has been formulated for use during pregnancy.

While most carrier oils are safe, for use of essential oils we do advise you speak to a qualified aromatherapist.
- How much of a herb is in a tincture?
Understanding the strength of the tincture:
1 ml of the tincture contains 500mg of the herb.
Therefore 5ml of the tincture contains 2500 mg of the herb.
So if you are taking a dosage of 3 x 5ml of the tincture per day then that will equate to 7500 mg of the herb.
REWARD POINTS & VOUCHERS
- How do I redeem the 10% off the first purchase voucher?
In order to receive 10% off your first order you need to sign up to create an account on our website and subscribe to the newsletter. Once you have signed up to the newsletter you will be emailed a voucher.
Your voucher will contain a discount code that you can apply to your first transaction when you check out. This will then deduct the 10% of the items you’ve selected. If you do not manually enter the voucher code and redeem it at checkout, then the 10% discount will not apply to your order.
The 10% off discount can only be redeemed against your first order that’s placed online by yourself. 10% off the first purchase vouchers cannot be redeemed via orders that are placed over the phone.
PRACTITIONER DISCOUNTS
- Can I get a practitioner’s discount?
We do offer 20% off for nutritionists, naturopaths, herbalists and aroma therapists in the UK.
All that we require is that you send us a copy of your degree/diploma for your therapy and a copy of your insurance certificate or certificate of your membership with your professional body.
Once we receive those documents we can set you up with your practitioner discount. The discount will only apply for herbal and vitamin supplements, tinctures and certain oils (beauty, hair care and body care items are not included). Your discount can only be used for orders that are placed by yourself online. The discount cannot be redeemed via orders that are placed over the telephone.
- Can I get a yoga teacher’s discount?
We do offer 10% off for Yoga teachers.
In order to be eligible we kindly request you email us proof of certification, such as a training certificate as well as a copy of your paystub from your gym/ yoga studio where you teach or a business card. We would also require a copy of your Yoga instructor liability insurance. The Yoga teacher discount will be valid up till the date of your insurance expiration only.
Once we receive those documents we can set you up with your 10% off practitioner discount. The discount will only apply for the yoga mats and fitness clothing. Your discount can only be used for orders that are placed by yourself on-line. The discount cannot be actioned via orders that are placed over the telephone.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
- When will an item be back in stock?
The best thing to do is to sign up to our automatic email alerts that notify you when the item is back in stock. You can do this by selecting "Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock". This is always featured next to the product that you are viewing on our website. This makes things much easier for you so you don't have to keep checking the website to see if the in stock status has changed.
