The Fushi 5 Day Skinny Jeans Slim Plan

The Fushi Five Day Slimming Plan is an easy to follow eating plan that will help you to shed those unwanted pounds. This plan has been formulated using the latest scientific research to promote both fat and weight loss - there are also benefits for your immune, digestive and nervous systems. The diet is low in calories, high in protein and is nutrient dense - it follows the principles of intermittent fasting whereby less calories are consumed over a two day period in the week: the Fushi Five Day Slimming Plan has a 3/2 spilt to ensure the best results - the plan can be repeated several times each month for accelerated weight loss.

 

Glass of warm water with the juice of half a grapefruit and a little honey: to kick start digestion and to help the liver and gall bladder with fat metabolism - also regulates blood sugar levels to help to diminish cravings.

 

Apple and Pecan Mix  : Chop up 1 to 1 and a half apples, 1⁄4 cup of raw pecans and 3 or 4 dates - top with a glass of Rice or Almond Milk: promotes healthy digestion with energy from the dates and satiety from the nuts.

A handful of oats can be added if desired to help promote fullness.

Add 1 teaspoon of The Best Berry Superfood Blend to turbo charge your results - this mix has fat burning qualities as well the ablility to boost your antioxidant intake for the day. Can be added to your berries or taken in a small glass of juice.

1 cup of Coffee, Tea or Herbal Tea of choice - to help with fullness and hydration - the caffeine in the coffee or tea has fat burning qualities - sweeten with honey, stevia or xylitol - no added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

2 capsules of Dietone and Cellufirm to help promote weight loss and cellulite reduction.
 

Seasonal small fruit salad with Nuts:

Small bowl of fruit salad topped with 5 or6 Almonds or nuts of choice. Can be served with a dollop of non sugary organic yoghurt.

The fruit and nuts are nutrient dense and help with both cognitive and immune function - the nuts provide some protein to help with fullness. 

 

Slimming Salad: 3 or 4 small tomatoes with a handful of fresh herbs / salad leaves of choice ie basil, rocket or spinach: add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh cracked black pepper.

Add small amount of grated cheese as a thin topping.

Serve with two rice, corn or crisp bread crackers.

Herbs and salad are nutrient dense options - the vinegar and black peeper aid fat metabolism whilst the olive oil provides a good source of healthy omegas. The crackers help with energy.

Cup of Herbal Tea - for hydration and fullness.
 

A few prunes or a glass of prune juice if you prefer together with one banana : if you’re constipated its harder to lose weight and the banana provides fibre and energy both physically and mentally.

Handful of mixed nuts and seeds - for protein to help keep you satisfied.

Cup of Herbal Tea - to help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

 

Small piece of grilled fish, organic chicken or tofu served with a bowl of green leaves dressed with olive oil plus almond slivers or pine nuts, olives and some citrus fruits if desired, such as orange or grapefruit - The greens help cleanse the colon, olive oil provides good omega fatty acids and nuts help cleanse the intestine whilst the fish, chicken or tofu provide the protein to help keep you feelling fuller.

Cup of Herbal Tea such as a cup of unsweetened dandelion tea or your herbal tea of choice, such as fennel, fenugreek or liquorice. Dandelion’s bitter qualities aid liver function making it  good for weight loss, fluid retention, bloating and skin conditions.

2 Diet Tone and Cellufirm capsules

Cup or glass of 100% Cocoa made with Rice or Almond milk - can be served hot or cold and sweetened with a little honey together with a handful of nuts and dried fruits - this helps with mood and satisfies your sweet tooth.

One Apple 
 

Boiled egg with black pepper - protein with thermogenic spice to help reduce cravings.

I cup of herbal tea 

 

Lentil or Bean and Vegetable Soup: Add a cup of lentils or beans plus 2 cups of green vegetables to 300-400ml (1/2pt – 14fl oz) water. Simmer slowly and add turmeric, chilli and ginger. This is easy to digest and the thermogenic herbs help speed up fat loss.
